TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED
- Data collected automatically. The computer systems and applications dedicated to the operation of this website detect, during their normal operation, some data potentially associated with identifiable users (the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols). These data are processed for the time strictly necessary, for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the site and to check its regular operation. The provision of such data is mandatory as it is directly linked to the web browsing experience.
- Data provided voluntarily by the user. The voluntary and explicit sending of e-mail messages to the addresses indicated in the different access channels of this site does not imply a request for consent. On the contrary, specific summary information will be reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for services on request (form). The contact forms involve the acquisition of the address and data of the sender/user necessary to respond to the requests produced and/or provide the requested service and the user must therefore explicitly consent to the collection and processing of the data reported in these forms in order to send the request and allow our response.
- Cookies. This site uses cookies in order to collect information about its use and improve the user’s browsing experience over time. The user can choose whether to consent or deny consent to their use. To learn more, visit the specific section dedicated to cookies.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
The processing of the user’s data has consent as its legal basis and is carried out for the following purposes:
- Improvement of the browsing experience
- Use of the data reported in the sending of information requests in order to be able to respond to the requests produced and/or provide the requested service. If the data processing is refused, the data controller will not be able to proceed with the request in question.
METHODS OF PROCESSING:
The personal data will be processed by the Data Controller and by duly appointed managers in order to correctly fulfill the processing purposes indicated in the previous point. The data will be collected using electronic tools, paper archives or other suitable media, and subjected to security measures designed to guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data and to avoid undue access to unauthorized persons (art. 5 par. 1 lett. F of the GDPR).
DATA COMMUNICATION:
The transmitted data will not be communicated to third parties or disseminated in any way (e.g. social networks, websites, etc.)
DURATION OF TREATMENT:
The collected data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected (“principle of limitation of conservation”, art. 5, GDPR), or based on the deadlines established by the law. The verification of the obsolescence of the data stored in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY:
The interested party always has the right to request from the Data Controller access, rectification or deletion of their data, the limitation of processing, opposition to processing, as well as requesting the portability of their data, or revoking consent to processing by asserting these and other rights provided for by the GDPR through a simple communication to the Data Controller. The request may be made via email or registered mail with the subject: “Request by the interested party” specifying in the request the right that the interested party wishes to exercise (cancellation, rectification, portability, oblivion), together with a valid email address/certified email to which the response should be sent. The data controller, or a person appointed by the same, will proceed to satisfy the request within 30 days from the date of receipt. If the response is complex, the time may be extended to a further 30 days, subject to timely communication to the interested party. If it is deemed appropriate to assert one’s rights, the interested party has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
